Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to justify your decision.

Customers with an account

If you have created an account on our website, you may exercise your right of withdrawal directly from your customer area:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the “Orders” page
  3. Click “Exercise my right of withdrawal” for the relevant order
  4. Select the products to withdraw and confirm your request

If you made your purchase without creating an account, please use the form below:

Withdrawal period

The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date you receive your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your withdrawal request.

Refund

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will issue the refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging where possible, together with the invoice.
