General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) are entered into by Delphine Courteille SARL, a SARL with share capital of €8,000.00, whose registered office is located at 34 rue du Mont Thabor, 75001 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 508 041 837 (hereinafter the “Company” or the “Seller”), on the one hand, and any natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “User”) wishing to make a purchase on the website www.delphinecourteille.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), on the other hand.
Article 1 : OBJET
The purpose of these GTC is to define the terms and conditions under which the Seller offers the marketing of products ordered by the Buyer through the Website.
Accordingly, any order for one or more products by the Buyer implies their unconditional acceptance of, and prior, full and complete adherence to, these GTC, which shall prevail over any other document, except for specific conditions expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller. The Buyer acknowledges having read these GTC prior to placing their order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time and without notice. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to consult the latest GTC on the Website.
Article 2 : PRODUITS
Prior to ordering, the Buyer may review the characteristics of the product(s) they wish to order directly on the Website. Products presented on the Website are offered subject to availability.
In the event that products become unavailable after the order has been placed, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible. The Buyer will then be offered a new delivery date; in the event of refusal by the Buyer, the order will be canceled and refunded if it has been paid in full.
Article 3 : COMMANDE DE PRODUITS
To purchase products, the Buyer must visit the Website and log in to their account via the “My Account” section by entering their email address and password, or create an account for which they must provide their title, last name, first name, postal address, email address, and password.
Registration is exclusively reserved for Buyers with a delivery address in mainland France.
Creating an account gives the Buyer access to their personal data and order tracking.
The password is personal and confidential. It can be modified by the user in the “My Account” section. In the event of theft of login credentials, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences.
An email confirming the creation of the account will be sent to the Buyer.
After selecting the products they wish to order, the Buyer must check, modify if necessary, and then validate their basket. The Buyer then fills out the form provided, checking their delivery address in particular, and then selects the payment method they wish to use from the list provided, as well as the delivery method.
Article 4 : PRIX
Les prix des produits indiqués sur le présent Site sont en Euros toutes taxes comprises (TTC) incluant la TVA au taux en vigueur au moment de la commande. Le Vendeur se réserve le droit de modifier les prix de ses produits sans préavis, les prix indiqués sur le Site le jour de la commande seront les seuls applicables.
Les prix indiqués ne comprennent pas les frais de livraisons.
Article 5 : PAIEMENT
The final price of the order is indicated on the Buyer’s order form.

Article 6 : LIVRAISON
Products are delivered only in mainland France. Deliveries are made by Colissimo/La Poste; packages are delivered without a signature. The Buyer will be delivered to the address indicated during the order; in the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing them to collect their package from the relevant post office within a specified period. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days. The Buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and its contents upon receipt of the package; any dispute must be made with the carrier, as the Seller declines all responsibility related to transport.
Article 7 : GARANTIE
Products sold on the Website benefit from the legal warranty in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code. If the delivered products do not conform to the products ordered or if they have hidden defects, the Buyer must contact Customer Service at the following email address: shop@delphinecourteille.com, stating the problems encountered. The return procedure will be provided to the Buyer by Customer Service.
The Buyer must return the relevant products unused and in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return slip provided by Customer Service.
Upon receipt of the products and confirmation of the non-conformity or hidden defect, the Seller undertakes, at the Buyer’s choice, either to exchange the product for an identical product or one of equivalent quality and price depending on stock availability, or to refund the price of the product within a maximum of 14 days following the Buyer’s request.
Products modified or repaired by the Buyer, as well as damage related to transport, are excluded from the warranty.
Article 8 : RESERVE DE PROPRIETE
The Company retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until the full price has been collected, including principal, costs, taxes, and mandatory contributions.
Article 9 : DROIT DE RETRACTATION
The Buyer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of effective receipt of the order to return the ordered products without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Article 10 : RESPONSABILITE
The Seller’s liability under the obligations of these general terms and conditions of sale cannot be engaged in the event of damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as viruses, intrusion, loss of data, or interruption of internet service.
Article 11 : LOI APLLICABLE ET JURIDICTION COMPETENTE
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the sale of products, are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the contract entered into between the Seller and the Buyer shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Article 12 : PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE
Le Site et son contenu (Images, photographies, textes, marques, logos, etc…) sont protégés par le droit de la propriété intellectuelle. Le Site et chaque élément qui le composent sont la propriété exclusive de Delphine Courteille qui seule dispose des droits.
Any reproduction, modification, or copy, even partial, of any documents published on the Website is prohibited and must be subject to an authorization request. Only the use of the site for informative and private purposes is authorized.
